Aug 21, 2023: Today BRS President & Telangana CM KCR announced first list of candidates for upcoming Telangana general election, Padi Kaushik Reddy got announced as the candidate of BRS Party from Huzurabad.
Nov-22-2021: Today MLC elections returning officer announced Kaushik Reddy along with 5 other TRS candidates as elected unanimously under MLA's Quota.
Nov-16-2021:Today TRS announced Kaushik Reddy as its Candidate for TS MLC Elections elected by MLA's. Along with other candidates Gutha Sukender Reddy, Banda Prakash, Venkat Rami Reddy, Kadiyam Srihari, Thakkellapalli Ravinder. Ealier Padi Kaushik Reddy's name was sent for approval under Governer quota but as governer did not approve it, Kaushik Reddy gets MLC through MLA's and Madhsudhana chary was nominated through governer quota.
Sep-08-2021: Today Telangana Governer Tamilasai informed the press that she is yet to take a decision on approving the nomination of Padi Kaushik Reddy as MLC under social service, She will spend some more time in reviewing the same.
Aug-11-2021: Today TRS Party announced Gellu Srinivas Yadav as its candidate for upcoming bye election. Kaushik Reddy was initially considered to contest from TRS but TRS chose to field a BC Candidate.
Aug-01-2021: Telangana CM KCR has referred Padi Kaushik Reddy for Nominated MLC in Governor Quota under social service category, The same has been sent to Governor for approval.
