Apr-11-2018 : Bhuma Akhila Priya got engaged to Bhargav who is an industrialist. Bhargav was earlier married to former Andhra Pradesh DGP Sambasiva rao's daughter and got divorced. Bhargav is a nephew of AP minister Narayana.Marriage will be held on 29-Aug-2018.

Apr-1-2017:Akhila Priya Sworn in as Minister of Andhra Pradesh in Chandra Babu Naidu's Cabinet Expansion.
Mar-12-2017:Akhila Priya's Father Bhuma Nagireddy collapsed while reading newspapers in the morning at his residence in Allagadda. He was rushed to a hospital in Nandyal town, where he breathed his last after three hours of struggling.
Feb-22-2016: Akhila Priya Has joined in TDP along with her father bhuma nagi reddy in the presence of AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu.
