Political Career:
13-Jul-2024 : Today Gandhi left BRS Party and joined in Congress Party.
07-Sep-2019 : Today Gandhi got appointed as Whip of Telangana Government in Assembly.
March-11-2016: Gandhi has joined in TRS in presence of Telangana CM KCR along with jublihills MLA Goppinath and TNSF National In Charge Madhan Mohan Rao
March-8-2016: Gandhi has been suspended from TDP with the allegations that he along with jublihills MLA Goppinath has signed on the letter to TS Speaker to merge TDLP in TRSLP.
March-8-2016: There are wide speculations that Gandhi will join TRS very soon in presence of Telangana CM KCR.
2014: Gandhi was working for TDP since its inception. He was never crossed the lines of the TDP supremo CBN and also he was a great follwer of late NTR.
Ghandhi has continued to participate in all the party activites along with movva who was in charge after 2009 elections for serilingampally.
Along with Gandhi Movva satyanarayana, Bandi Ramesh and komaragoni shanker Goud were the prominent contenders for the TDP serilingamplly ticket in 2014.
In the eleventh hour Shankar Goud joined TRS to get the ticket and movva has filled nomination as independent , but CBN made movva to take off the nomination and support Gandhi.
By keeping all these high tension drama aside Gandhi won the election over his estranged friend Shanker Goud of TRS with exceptinal margin.
2019: Gandhi expected serilingampally MLA ticket in 2009 elections but he could not get it even though he has extended his support to TDP candidate Movva Satyanaraya on the other side movva has lost the election with a very near margin of 1100 votes against Bikshapathi Goud(INC).
