Sep-30-2021: Today Gandra Satyanarayana Rao joined in Congress Party along with his supporters in prescense of TPCC President Revanth Reddy in Bhupalpally.
Jul-13-2021: Today Gandra Satyanarayana Rao along with Jadcherla ex MLA , Mahahbub Nagar BJP District President Erra Shekar and TRS Leader Nizamabad Ex Mayor Darmapuri Sanjay met TPCC President Revanth Reddy, expressed his wish to join Congress Party.
Jul-2019: Gandra Satyanarayana Rao's Wife Padma WON ZPTC as independent candidate from Ghanpauram Mandal.
Sep-06-2018: After TRS Party released Sirikonda Madhusudhana Chary as its candidate for upcoming Assembly Elections, Gandra Resinged to TRS Party and anounced he will contest as an independent Candidate.
Nov-16-2017 : Left TDP and resigned as TDP District President to join TRS Party, He got assurance that he will get TRS ticket in next assembly elections.
2014 : As part of coalition between TDP and BJP, Bhupalpally was assinged to BJP, Though Gandra is from TDP , Both the parties agreed to contest Gandra as a BJP Candidate and he lost to TRS Candidate with a narrow margin.
2009 : As part of TDP And TRS coalition in 2009 Elections Bhupalpally was assigned to TRS and Gandra Supported TRS Candidate.
