Early Life:
Ramulu has born in Guduru Village at kalwakurthy Mandal in 1952.
He has done his schooling upto 7th standard at Guduru and then he stopped for one year. Later he has continued his studies till post graduation. And worked in government Job for 16 years and then he has resigned to the job and entered into politics in 1994 by joining TDP with the inspiration of Ex Minister Mahendranath who is also represented Achampet in Andhra pradesh Assembly prior to Ramulu.

Political Career:
Feb-29-2024: Today Ramulu Left BRS Party and joined in BJP in Delhi.
Mar-21-2019: Today TRS party announced Ramulu as its MP candidate from Nagarkarnool for upcoming General Elections by denying ticket to last time contestant Manda Jagannadam.
Oct-9-2017:Today Ramulu got appointed as TRS Party State General Secretary.
April-21-2016: Today Ramulu Resigned to TDP and joined in TRS Party in presence of Telangana CM KC Rao, Jupalli Krishna Rao and Achampeta MLA Guvvala Balaraju.
> Ramulu Served as Minister of Sports . And also he was elected 3 times as MLA from Achampet
> Ramulu served as Mahabubnagar District President of TDP 3 times.
