20-Oct-2014: After the announcement of Thullur as the upcoming AP Capital tones of smiles raised in farmers faces who were not expecting this bumper offer from the Chandrababu Naidu government. The rates of lands has been increased to an extreme high which no one have at least thought in their dreams. The people of Thullur mandal were very happy when the government announced the region as the capital city of Andhra Pradesh.
It was a major setback for the people of AP after its reorganization is they have to lose the well developed capital city of the united Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad. Hyderabad has increasingly attracted many it and non it top heads by the rule of Chandrababu Naidu in late 90's and early 2000 of his 10 year tenure as chief minister of united Andhra Pradesh. With a huge loss of revenue to ap government still they has kept their hopes live and voted Chandrababu naidu back to the power after 10 years who is striving hard to get the glory back to the name Andhra Pradesh.
One of the major task that Naidu has in hands is building a world class top capital for the new state which is currently operating from the Hyderabad. In making the above lines true Naidu has announced the state capital as Thullur division and formed CRDA and made it as a bill and started the land pooling from farmers. at starting farmers were not ready to give their lands to the government and also there are number of allegations made by the opposition parties before the start of land pooling. In parallel to this government has sent group of ministers to the villages and listened patiently to the farmers and made clear wish list of the farmers . And also farmers were given a chance to meet with Chandrababu Naidu and clear out all their questions regarding the compensation that they are going to get. As the compensation is clearly explained by the chief minister in several press meets now farmers are coming up front and giving their lands by keeping full hopes on the chief ministers words that they are the first people who will get benefit out of the capital city.
